2nd Valley of Words (Vow)

International Literature & Arts Festival is a 'numero uno 'festival of Dehradun which brings together the best writers, critics and listeners from the world of poetry, fiction, non-fiction and writing for young adults, storytellers, bloggers, photographers, artists and craftspeople from across the world. The festival was held in the Madhuban Hotel at Dehradun from 23 November to 25 November.
