4th RST Forum

The fourth edition of Dr. RS Tolia Memorial Lecture was held on 11 th December 2019 at GB Pant National Institute of Himalayan Environment & Sustainable Development (GBPNIHESD). The Fourth edition of the R.S. Tolia Forum was organized by SDFU on 24th December 2021, at Hotel Pacific, Dehradun. This year's theme was “Keeping our Mountains Resilient: Past and our Future”. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the RST Forum could not be organized at the same scale in 2020. To revive this important forum, SDFU has decided to start with a hybrid model event this year, with a vision to organize a full-scale event.
